In Launch, Expand Financial, a JULY affiliate, generally serves as the plan’s 3(38) Investment Fiduciary and is responsible for selecting and managing the plan’s investment menu. PRICING AND FEES Quarterly Flat Fee + Participant Fee ? This fee is displayed as a monthly amount, but it is invoiced quarterly in arrears. If the plan has assets of more than $250,000 fees can be paid from plan assets. Otherwise fees are invoiced to, and paid by, the employer. Annual Plan Service Fee ? This fee is displayed as an annual fee and is automatically deducted quarterly in arrears from plan assets.
